Who are we?
CxFirst is an award-winning French Tech startup, founded by Qualimetrie, a marketing research firm specializing in customer experience management, serving both large and small accounts (over 100 brands including automobile manufacturers, retailers, banks, etc.), and developing the hub for managing and driving customer experience networks.
What do we do?
We develop a SaaS platform for processing and visualizing high-volume data in flexible real time, with dynamic content management on the front end (CMS development), a microservices architecture, a REST API, and a suite of interconnected tools. We work on the back end, front end, and data alike.
Our objectives
Our objectives are: to co-build a maintainable and scalable solution to meet our clients’ needs, to develop our microservice and API architecture, to optimize our database cluster, to streamline the user journey, and to develop our CMS.
